Last Friday, I had the pleasure of dining at the Chubby Noodle, which is located at Amante lounge in North Beach of San Francisco off of Columbus and Green Streets. I must say it is some of the best food I have tasted in SF! The chef Pete is the same owner who created the amazing Don Pistos just blocks away...and let me tell you... this food is even better, and I am not sure how that is possible! It is also super reasonably priced and has lots of options to choose from, so you can make everyone in your party happy :)
So what did I order? Better question should be... what didn't I order!
Hawaiian Tuna Poke- If you like ahi tuna, you will love this dish! It marinated pieces of tuna served with won ton chips. Perfect appetizer to share with a group!
Tiger Milk Ceviche- Yummy yellowtail with citrus and coconut flavors
Fried Chicken- This is absolutely delicious. Comes in a huge bucket and is crispy and hard to stop eating. Also comes with a side of ranch barbaque sauce that is heavenly.
Spicy garlic noodles- The perfect dish to share. Delectable "chubby noodles" with a kick of soy, spice and garlic !
